On Sunday, April 24 at 2 p.m., the Friends of the Derby Neck Library presents Joann Czeczot with “Tying Fashion Scarves”. Learn all the special techniques involved in getting that special look for spring and summer. A variety of fashion hints to make the most of a simple, yet functional accessory. There is no program fee, but registration is requested by calling 203-734-1492. Attendees will be eligible for a free raffle. Bring a friend and enjoy an interesting afternoon.
