Tai Chi: An 8-Week Course

Tai Chi: An 8-Week Course

Wednesday, November 15
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The Derby Neck Library is proud to host an 8-week Tai Chi course taught by Ann Sullo, an experienced martial artist and teacher. The class will begin on Wednesday, October 25 and run thru December 20 (skipping November 22) taking place in the library’s Community Room from 6:00-7:00pm. Students will learn a series of basic forms of Tai Chi. If there is enough interest, we will continue this program throughout the year.

Registration is required and the cost for this program will be $60 per person for the full 8 week course. This cost is reduced based on a contribution by the library to help make this course even more affordable than it already is. Please note that there will be no refunds for missed classes.

Ann Sullo is a certified instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She is an IFA-certified fitness instructor and holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with over 15 years’ teaching experience.
