Music and Movement

Music and Movement

Thursday, June 29
11:00 am - 11:45 am

Music and Movement programs are for ages Birth to 5 and use instruments, scarves and singing to enhance children’s language proficiency.  Songs and dancing combine to help children learn about rhythm and practice motor skills needed to improve their communication abilities. Scarves and musical instruments add to the fun. Classes regularly occur on Thursdays at 10am and 11am.

D&D Skirmishes

Thursday, June 29
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

An offshoot of the popular D&D Sundays program, this Thursday evening event series allows veteran and beginners alike to come together and battle monsters or each other using 5th edition D&D rules. Battles can be either PvP (player vs. player) or PvE (player vs. enemy) scenarios. In PvE scenarios, players can face off against any monster they have seen in their campaigns.

This series takes place on the 3rd and last Thursday of every month and is the best way to learn about Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition! It is open to all, but before joining, please reach out to club moderator and head librarian Ian Parsells at headlibrarian@biblio.org.

The library supplies all materials.
